OBJECT, PURPOSE AND METHODS OF THE PROCESSING: The Data Controller has installed a video surveillance system which involves the processing of personal data, consisting of images coming from the implemented system. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes: protection of company assets; safety in the workplace, organizational needs. The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. The filmed images can be viewed live on monitors located in specially reserved rooms and are active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are recorded. It is possible to access the data and recorded images of the recording device remotely, using special software, having the access credentials. The viewing of the images taken through the video surveillance system occurs only by the owner or by persons specifically appointed by him in writing. The areas under video surveillance are marked with a specific sign. In relation to the purposes indicated, only personal data coming from the video surveillance system will be processed, i.e. the images coming from the aforementioned circuit. It is specified that the provision of data is necessary as it is strictly instrumental to access the company premises.
4. COMMUNICATION, DISSEMINATION OF DATA and TRANSFER ABROAD: The data collected through the video surveillance system will not be disclosed. The data may be communicated to third parties, contractually linked to the owner and exclusively for the achievement of the express purposes or in order to comply with contractual or legal obligations, belonging to the following categories: external subjects responsible for the management/maintenance/administration of the video surveillance, any professionals who support the company with consultancy or legal activities. Furthermore, the images can be provided to the police and/or judicial authorities, in case of request. The processing takes place at the company headquarters. Any transfer of Data to countries located outside the European Union will take place where necessary in compliance with the appropriate and appropriate guarantees for the purposes of the transfer itself, pursuant to the applicable legislation and in particular articles 45 and 46 of the GDPR. 5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD: The data are stored for a maximum duration of 24 hours, except in the case of special needs for further conservation in relation to holidays or closure of offices and services, as well as in the case in which it is necessary to comply with a specific investigative request from the Judicial Authority or of the Judicial Police. At the end of the retention period the images are automatically deleted by overwriting.
6.
